Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 tbsp Frank’s Red Hot
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 head cauliflower, cored and chopped
- 10 oz can Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 16 oz American cheese
- 1.5 cups half and half
- 8 oz block cream cheese
- 4 cups cooked chicken (boiled, baked, or rotisserie)
- 6 cups Broccoli florets
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
- 8 oz shredded cheddar
- 16 oz shredded Colby jack
Steps:
- Melt butter in large pot over low heat
- Add onion, and simmer until softened
- Add Frank’s and spices
- Add cauliflower and mix well
- Add soup
- Add American and cream cheese
- Add half and half
- Add chicken
- Add Broccoli and mix well
- Cover and heat for about 10 minutes to soften the cauliflower and Broccoli
- Put half the mixture into greased pan
- Layer with the mozzarella and cheddar
- Layer the other half of the mixture
- Top completely with Colby jack
- Cover with foil and bake at 350⁰ F for 45 minutes
- Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes
- Serve hot
