- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese
- 1 (1-oz) package Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 Tbps Adobo Seasoning
- 2 (10-oz) cans Ro*tel diced tomatoes and green chilis
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Place all ingredients in a 6 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours
- Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred. Return to slow cooker and mix well.
- Serve with cheese, cilantro and sour cream, and other fixings as desired.
