Baked Caesar Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup sout cream
  • 1 – 1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Heat oven to 375⁰ F and spray an 8×11 baking dish with cooking spray
  2. Pound chicken breasts to 3/4″ – 1″ thickness
  3. Sprinkle both sides with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh ground black pepper. Place them in the baking dish
  4. Whisk together Ceasar dressing and sour cream. Pour over each breast and sprinkle with more grated Parmesan cheese
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until internal temp of chicken reaches 150⁰F
  6. Turn oven to broil and cook an additional 2-4 minutes until chicken is golden brown and internal temp of chicken is 165⁰F
  7. Remove from oven and rest for 5-10 minutes before serving
