- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1/2 cup sout cream
- 1 – 1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Heat oven to 375⁰ F and spray an 8×11 baking dish with cooking spray
- Pound chicken breasts to 3/4″ – 1″ thickness
- Sprinkle both sides with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh ground black pepper. Place them in the baking dish
- Whisk together Ceasar dressing and sour cream. Pour over each breast and sprinkle with more grated Parmesan cheese
- Bake for 30 minutes or until internal temp of chicken reaches 150⁰F
- Turn oven to broil and cook an additional 2-4 minutes until chicken is golden brown and internal temp of chicken is 165⁰F
- Remove from oven and rest for 5-10 minutes before serving
