Chaffle Bread (Keto)

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp diced green onion
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  1. Preheat mini waffle maker
  2. In a small bowl, whip the egg
  3. Add the cheese, seasonings, and green onion.  Mix until well incorporated
  4. Place half the batter in the mini waffle maker and cook for 4 minutes
  5. If you want a crunchy bread, add 1 tsp shredded cheese to the waffle iron for 30 seconds before adding the batter.
