- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp diced green onion
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Preheat mini waffle maker
- In a small bowl, whip the egg
- Add the cheese, seasonings, and green onion. Mix until well incorporated
- Place half the batter in the mini waffle maker and cook for 4 minutes
- If you want a crunchy bread, add 1 tsp shredded cheese to the waffle iron for 30 seconds before adding the batter.
