- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 large head green cabbage, thinly shredded
- 3 small carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 6-8 green onions, cut into 2″ pieces
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- In a small bowl, whisk garlic, ginger rdd, sesame oil and soy sauce. Set aside
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the beef. Break apart and cook until browned through
- Stir on carrots, cabbage and green onions and stir fry for about 3 minutes.
- Drizzle soy sauce mixture into the skillet and continue frying for about 4 more minutes until the veggies are crisp-tender.
- Sprinkle each serving with sesame seeds and additional green onions, if desired.
