- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup dill pickle relish (or chopped dill pickles)
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 flour tortillas (10 inch)
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and drain
- Stir in mustard, ketchup, and pickles, then bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes
- Stir in tomatoes and cheese.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas
- Garnish with lettuce and additional tomato and cheese, if desired
- Fold in the end and roll up tortillas
