Moink Balls

  • 36 Frozen beef meatballs, thawed
  • 12 Slices of bacon, cut into 3rds
  • 1/4 cup dry rub
  • 18 oz bottle bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup cherry juice
  • 2 tbsp squeeze margarine
  • 1/4 tsp chipotle powder
  1. Set smoker to 325 to preheat.
  2. Wrap each meatball with 1/3 slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick
  3. Dust with dry rub
  4. Place on grill and cook until bacon is browned and crisp, about 35 minutes.
  5. Combine bbq sauce and cherry juice in small sauce pan until cherry juice is reduced and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in margarine and chipotle.
  7. Pour sauce into bowl and dip meatballs, using toothpick.
  8. Serve and enjoy
