- 36 Frozen beef meatballs, thawed
- 12 Slices of bacon, cut into 3rds
- 1/4 cup dry rub
- 18 oz bottle bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup cherry juice
- 2 tbsp squeeze margarine
- 1/4 tsp chipotle powder
- Set smoker to 325 to preheat.
- Wrap each meatball with 1/3 slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick
- Dust with dry rub
- Place on grill and cook until bacon is browned and crisp, about 35 minutes.
- Combine bbq sauce and cherry juice in small sauce pan until cherry juice is reduced and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in margarine and chipotle.
- Pour sauce into bowl and dip meatballs, using toothpick.
- Serve and enjoy
