- 3/4 cup filtered water
- 3/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1.5 tbsp dried dill OR 4 sprigs fresh dill
- 1 heaping tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp whole peppercorns
- 1 English cucumber
- Combine water, vinegar, and all spices in a jar.
- Cut ends off cucumber
- Cut cucumber in half width wise
- Cut cucumber in half width wise again (quarters)
- Cut each cucumber quarter lengthwise into quarters (for spears), rounds (for chips), or at an angle (for ovals).
- Fill the jar with the cucumber pieces and shake well.
- Refrigerate overnight
