- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups freshly shredded cheese (pepper jack, colby jack, or cheddar are recommended)
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- sprinkle of red pepper flakes (to taste)
- Add cream cheese, grated cheese and heavy cream in a saucepan
- Melt over medium low heat, stirring frequently until well combined
- Add seasonings and mix well
- Serve with desired chips or crackers
